Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 30 days before your trip for a full refund less a $50 service charge for trips under $500, or $100 or 10% of the trip cost, whichever is greater, for trips over $500. Cancel within 30 days for a 50% refund. No refunds after the trip date. If unsafe conditions or weather prevent the trip, a refund less service charges is available if rescheduling is not possible.
