- Arrive 5–10 minutes before departure
- Remove your shoes before boarding; medical footwear exceptions apply
- Pets, outside food, spray sunscreen and swimming from the yacht are not permitted
- Children 12 and under must wear a life jacket while underway, and an adult must accompany them to the restroom
- Boarding requires dock steps and a narrow side deck with limited assistance; mobility devices cannot be accommodated onboard
- Alcohol consumption is limited to travelers age 21+; excessively intoxicated travelers cannot board
- Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are prohibited; violations end the charter
- Charters operate in rain, fog and uncomfortable temperatures unless the captain deems wind or sea conditions unsafe
- A customary captain gratuity of 20%+ and nonrefundable credit/debit card service fees are not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking. More than 14 days before start, cancellations are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days, bookings made within 24 hours of start, major-holiday charters after the free cancellation period, and no-shows are nonrefundable. Rescheduling within 14 days incurs $150 per hour or part hour; major-holiday rescheduling incurs $500.
