Cancellation policy
Changes must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling within 48 hours costs $75. Cancellations within 48 hours or missing the safety briefing result in the full charge. Tours may be canceled at any time due to unsafe weather or ocean conditions; affected customers receive a refund.
