Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your start time for a full refund. You'll also receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price. Rescheduling within 24 hours incurs a 25% charge in addition to the full rental price.

Yes. Watch the required "Manatee Manners" video at check-in before launching, even if you've watched it beforehand. For paddle board rentals, beach staff also provide a brief tutorial; one-on-one lessons are not offered.
