- Stand-up paddleboard weight limit: 225 lbs
- Single sit-on and sit-in kayak weight limit: 300 lbs
- Tandem sit-on kayak weight limit: 500 lbs
- All-clear kayak weight limits: 425 lbs for solo use or 212 lbs per seat for tandem use
- Canoe weight limit: 600 lbs
- Pets are welcome in single sit-on or sit-in kayaks
- For paddleboard rentals, a wetsuit is required if swimming from November 15 through March 31
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled start time
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your start time for a full refund. You'll also receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price. Rescheduling within 24 hours of your start time incurs a 25% charge in addition to the full rental price.

Yes, there are no age restrictions. Minors must be accompanied by an adult who can sign a waiver. You decide whether your child paddles independently or shares with a partner.
Your combined weight, including your pet and gear, must stay within your kayak's weight limit. Keep your pet in the kayak at Three Sisters Springs and Hunter Springs Park.
Watch the required "Manatee Manners" video at check-in, even if you've seen it before. For your paddleboard rental, beach staff also provide a brief tutorial before launch; one-on-one lessons aren't available.
