Ages 3+; each child (3–16) must be accompanied by an adult. Weight limits: 250 lbs per person and 425 lbs per kayak; moderate fitness and upper-body mobility required. No swimming during the tour; pets and alcohol are not permitted.
Cancellation Policy
All sales final; no cancellations unless specified otherwise. If the operator cancels due to unsafe weather, you can reschedule or get a full refund. Arrive 15 minutes early; if you arrive after your scheduled tour time you are a no show and cannot get a refund or reschedule.
FAQs
Expect open-water paddling with wind, chop, and current. You need upper-body mobility, moderate physical fitness, and the ability to paddle a kayak and step in and out from a low seated position.
Stay within 250 lbs per person and 425 lbs total per kayak (two paddlers). The tour uses tandem (double) kayaks, and the 250 lbs per person limit still applies even if you paddle solo in a tandem kayak.
Bring kids ages 3+; each child ages 3–16 must have their own accompanying adult. Life jackets are provided and must be worn, but if your child is under 30 lbs, bring your own Coast Guard–approved life jacket.
