Know before you go
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled ride time
- Present a valid government-issued photo ID and have all participants ready at check-in
- Allow extra time for traffic and parking; no on-site parking is available
- Be at least 16 years old to ride; riders under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian
- Be 18 or older to rent equipment and sign the liability waiver
- Wear a life jacket at all times and be able to hold on securely and follow instructions
- Do not ride if pregnant, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if a bumpy ride could worsen a neck, back, or heart condition
- Expect to get wet and secure or leave behind loose items
- Rides are weather dependent
- A service charge applies; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation for a full refund. No-shows and late arrivals are charged in full. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
