- Drivers must be ages 16+; solo Jet Ski rentals require age 18+
- Minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian or an adult authorized by a legal guardian
- Each Jet Ski has a 400 lb combined weight limit and accommodates up to 2 passengers
- Bring a government- or state-issued photo ID; drivers must carry it onboard
- Complete the mandatory waiver before arrival; participants under 18 require a parent or legal guardian signature
- Drivers must speak and understand English for the safety briefing
- Swimming ability is required for all participants
- Eyewear is required for all participants
- Drivers born after January 1, 1988 must complete a boater safety course before the tour and present their certificate on arrival
- A damage deposit may be required and is not included in the listed price
- Safe participation is required; service may be refused during orientation
Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund when you cancel at least 24 hours before your tour. Cancellations within 24 hours are not refunded. If the operator cancels due to weather and you cannot reschedule, you'll receive a full refund.

Bring a swimsuit, sunglasses or other required eyewear, weather-appropriate clothing, and a government- or state-issued photo ID.
If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, bring a Florida Boating Safety Education ID Card or an equivalent Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission or National Association of State Boating Law Administrators-approved boating education certificate. A printed or digital copy is accepted.
