Important details
- Drivers must be age 21 or older and hold a valid driver's license and active motor vehicle insurance
- Passengers must be age 5 or older
- A mandatory liability waiver is required
- Combined passenger and cargo weight must not exceed 1,200 lbs
- Parking fees, parking tickets, traffic violations, and towing costs are not included; an additional $50 charge applies to unreported parking tickets
- A $150 rescue fee applies if the cart must be retrieved due to a drained battery
- Late returns incur a $15-per-hour fee; lost keys incur a $100-per-key charge
- If the cart must be retrieved from another location, a retrieval fee of at least $200 applies
- Return the cart clean and free of sand, dirt, and debris; excessive cleaning incurs a fee of at least $30
- Charge the cart overnight for rentals that include an overnight stay; returning it uncharged incurs a lost day's rental fee
- Drive only on paved public roads posted at 35 mph or lower, and stay within Clearwater Beach Island and Sand Key
- Do not drive on beaches, sidewalks, or other unpaved surfaces
- Wear seat belts at all times and follow Florida traffic laws
- Return the cart no later than 5:30 PM
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 48 hours of booking receive a full refund less a 15% service fee. Cancellations made after 48 hours of booking incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup are nonrefundable. Once you take possession, all sales are final, rain or shine. If unsafe weather prevents operation and the operator cancels, receive a full refund.
