• Drivers must be age 21 or older
• All drivers must complete an approved boater rental safety course
• Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 must carry a Florida Boater Safety Card or equivalent state card with photo ID
• Bring a fully charged cell phone and keep it switched on while on the water
• Stay within the designated boundary, remain between channel markers, and obey No Wake Zones
• Ride at no more than three-quarter throttle; towing, skiing, tubing, diving, and jumping from a moving jet ski are not allowed
• Do not drink alcohol while driving
• Children age 6 and under must wear a life jacket; bring your own life jacket for children age 2 and under
