Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 24 hours before departure for a refund less a $75 administrative fee. Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure and no-shows are nonrefundable. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

FAQs
Your designated sober captain must be at least 25 years old and have extensive experience operating similar boats. If you do not have that experience, choose a captained option.
If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, complete an approved boating safety course and obtain a Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Boating Safety Education Identification Card.
You can request a licensed third-party captain for $50 per hour. The captain is an independent contractor, must be paid directly, and counts toward the 13-person capacity, leaving room for up to 12 passengers.
