Know before you go
- Arrive at the designated pickup spot 15 minutes before your rental
- Sign all adult and minor waivers before arrival
- Meet the minimum captain age of 25
- Have an experienced, sober captain who has operated similar boats, or choose a captained option
- Complete an approved boating safety course and hold an FWC Boating Safety Education Identification Card if born on or after January 1, 1988
- Stay within the 13-person and 1,925-pound total limit, including people and supplies
- Provide ages and weights for children age 5 and under for life vests
- Requested licensed third-party captains cost $50 per hour, are paid directly on the charter day, and count toward the 13-person capacity
- Pay-to-park parking at Clearwater Marina is approximately $2 per hour

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 24 hours before departure for a refund less a $75 administrative fee. Cancel less than 24 hours before departure and all monies received are forfeited. No-shows are charged the full price. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
FAQs
Your designated sober captain must be at least 25 years old and have extensive experience operating similar boats. If you do not have that experience, choose a captained option.
If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, complete an approved boating safety course and obtain a Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission Boating Safety Education Identification Card.
You can request a licensed third-party captain for $50 per hour. The captain is an independent contractor, must be paid directly, and counts toward the 13-person capacity, leaving room for up to 12 passengers.
