- ATV participants must be ages 16+; riders under 18 require a parent or guardian-signed waiver
- Wear closed-toe shoes for the ATV; Crocs are acceptable
- Limit Jet Ski occupancy to 2 people with a combined weight of 400 lbs
- Hold a Florida Boaters Safety Card or complete the Boaters Test for a Florida Temporary Boating Certificate; the state-required $13.95 fee is not included in the listed price
- Bring the physical credit card used to secure the reservation; the cardholder must be present with valid ID
- Accept financial responsibility for ATV or Jet Ski damage, with repairs starting at $500

All sales are final. Cancellations, advanced payments, and no-shows are nonrefundable. Arrivals more than 15 minutes after the reserved time are considered no-shows and are nonrefundable.

FAQs
A Florida Temporary Boating Certificate is required to rent the Jet Ski if you do not have a Boaters Safety Card or Lifetime Boating License. The certificate is valid for 90 days after completing the Boaters Test. A state-required test fee applies and is not included in the listed price.
