Ride 26 miles roundtrip through North Georgia countryside along the Toccoa River in a closed, climate-controlled coach. Relax with padded seating as you take in winding rivers, wildlife, and local history.
All ages are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing and safe shoes; avoid flip flops, sandals, and heels. Small coolers must fit under your seat, and alcohol is not allowed.
You may cancel up to 48 hours before departure for a refund minus a fee per ticket. Within 48 hours of departure, reservations are non-refundable. Group reservations have no refunds within 7 days of the train ride.
When should I arrive, and where do I pick up tickets?
Pick up your tickets at the pre-paid ticket window located outside the depot. Arrival 45 minutes before departure is recommended, and boarding begins 30 minutes before departure.
Are seats assigned? Can our group sit together?
You will have an assigned car, but seats are first come, first served within that car. Parties of two or more are not guaranteed to sit together, and arriving early improves your chances of sitting together.
Are there any steps to board, and what if someone has mobility concerns?
There are approximately five steps to board your coach or car.
Are strollers allowed onboard?
Foldable strollers are permitted and are stored in vestibules while the train is in motion.
Does the train run in bad weather, and are smoking or vaping allowed?
Trains operate rain or shine. Smoking and vaping are not allowed on the train.
