- All passengers must sit upright with a seatbelt fastened
- A valid driver’s license is required for the 4-person self-drive convoy option
- Bring the credit card used for the booking and matching valid photo ID; the cardholder name must match the booking contact name
- Sign the liability waiver before the experience begins
- Not suitable during pregnancy or for back, neck, joint conditions, serious medical conditions, or recent surgeries
- No alcohol or drug use before or during the tour
- Wear your seatbelt throughout the tour

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before start for a full refund. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged full price.

The Isabela coastal UTV tour runs rain or shine. Severe weather or unsafe conditions may require cancellation or rescheduling.
