- Arrive 15–30 minutes before departure; late arrivals do not delay the boat

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 5 days (120 hours) before departure for a refund. Within 5 days, cancellations are non-refundable. Same-day cancellations, changes, and rescheduling are non-refundable. If the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or operational reasons, you may reschedule or receive a refund.
