Cancellation Policy
For public tours, cancel at least 24 hours before departure for a full refund; cancellations within 24 hours are nonrefundable. For private charters, cancel 7+ days ahead for a full refund or 72+ hours ahead for a 50% refund; later cancellations are nonrefundable. Weather cancellations can be rescheduled at no fee. Weather or mechanical interruptions during a trip are prorated and refunded.
