Important details
- Arrive at least 10 minutes early for check-in and parking
- Ages 14+ only; travelers ages 14–17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Requires good physical condition and comfort hiking on steep, uneven, muddy, and slippery terrain
- Requires comfort crossing creeks, walking on rocks, and navigating natural obstacles
- Not suitable during pregnancy or for travelers with serious heart, respiratory, back, knee, ankle, hip, or mobility conditions
- Wear closed-toe hiking shoes or hiking boots
- Sign a liability waiver before participating
- No alcohol or drug impairment
- Runs rain or shine and may be modified or canceled for severe weather, high water, or unsafe trail conditions
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before start for a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable. Full refund if the experience is canceled due to severe weather.
FAQs
Bring a refillable water bottle, sun protection, insect repellent, rain gear, and a waterproof pouch for your phone and valuables. Bring a towel and change of clothes if you plan to relax by the river, plus any personal medications you need.
Dogs are welcome when leashed and well behaved. No other pets are allowed; service animals are welcome.
Arrive at least 10 minutes early. If you arrive 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start and other guests are participating, the tour may begin without you.
