Itinerary

1. Arrive at least 20 minutes early to allow time for mountain roads and check-in.
2. Meet your host and the team at the parking area.
3. Enjoy welcome coffee and fresh local bread while learning about harvesting.
4. Receive a traditional canasta and harvest 1–2 baskets of ripe coffee cherries.
5. Take a coffee break to enjoy the mountain views.
6. Participate in peeling the coffee you harvested.
7. Spread peeled beans onto African-style drying beds.
8. Enjoy a second cup of coffee and a light lunch.
9. Free time to explore the farm or hike to nearby waterfalls.

• Wear appropriate working clothes and proper footwear for uneven terrain, slopes, rocks, and mud
