Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time
- Ages 9+ only; all minors require a participating adult
- Weight limit 200 lbs per person and 425 lbs combined per kayak
- Sign a liability waiver before the activity
- Go barefoot or wear water socks; shoes are not allowed in the kayak
- Wear a life jacket and follow guide safety instructions throughout the tour
- Do not participate under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Not recommended for pregnancy, recent surgery, casts, epilepsy, or chronic back, neck, or heart conditions
- Leave sharp objects, smoking materials, and coolers with metal edges off the kayak
- Expect tours to operate rain or shine; sessions may be postponed or canceled for lightning or high winds
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before the tour for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are not refundable. For groups of 10+, cancel more than 2 weeks ahead for a full refund; at 1 week, rescheduling only; less than 1 week is nonrefundable and cannot be rescheduled.
