- Ages 8+ only; all riders must ride independently
- Rentals are limited to adults 18+ or minors accompanied by a parent or guardian
- Helmets are required for riders 18 and under
- Sign a liability waiver before riding; a parent or guardian must sign for minors
- Ride only on paved paths and bike-friendly roads; no beach riding, off-roading, or unpaved trails
- Return bikes clean and in working condition to avoid additional fees
- Return helmets and locks with the bike; lost or unreturned items are subject to a fee

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your reservation. No-shows are charged the full price. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
