Important details
- Ages 3+ only; children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
- Requires walking on grass, gravel, dirt, and concrete, including uneven terrain
- Wear closed-toe shoes; shoes and clothing worn around farm animals or waterfowl are not permitted
- Tours take place fully outdoors in rain or shine
- Arrive no more than 10 minutes before your tour starts
- Remain with an Education Staff member and do not enter through gates without staff present
- Eating is not allowed on-site, including in the parking lot; small snacks are allowed during the tour
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable. You may transfer your tickets to a different day. Arriving more than 15 minutes late counts as a no-show. If the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit.
