- Drivers: ages 18+ with a valid driver’s license
- Wear protective eyewear while riding a scooter; glasses are available at check-in for $5 each, not included in the listed price
- Wear a DOT-approved helmet while riding
- Single-seat scooters have a 250 lb maximum; Smart Cabrios have a 500 lb maximum; Honda PCXs have a 400 lb maximum
- Honda PCX drivers require a valid motorcycle license; second riders must be ages 7+ and reach the foot pegs
- Good physical health is required
- Leave pets at home; service animals require proof of insurance
- Optional limited loss damage waiver is not insurance and costs $10 for scooters or $20 for a Smart Cabriolet; it waives up to $1,000 in damage fees
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the tour for a refund, less a 10% cancellation fee and booking fees. No refund within 48 hours or if you cannot safely operate a scooter during training. Tours canceled by the operator aren't subject to a cancellation fee.
