- Ages 16–17 require a parent-signed waiver; show a screenshot at arrival if completed online
- Wear sturdy closed-toe shoes; sandals and flip-flops are not allowed
- Entry is not permitted under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Cancellation Policy
Receive a 50% refund plus fees for cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment. No refund for no-shows, including denied entry for drug or alcohol impairment. Receive a full refund for cancellations more than 24 hours before booking or if the operator cancels due to unforeseen circumstances.
