Cancel at least 1 week before your scheduled booking. After that, a 50% fee applies. If you cancel within 7 days of Memorial Day, 4th of July, or Labor Day, you are charged the full rental amount for reserved days. No-shows are charged the full price. Rain checks or credit for inclement weather are at the resort’s discretion.

My husband and I got married at Lees resort on October 3rd of this year. We had family and friends travel from all over the country to come together to celebrate our special day. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate us all and help out in anyway they could. Jana helped through every step of the way during our entire stay, as well as the rest of the staff. Everyone was so amazing and kind. My husband grew up in Colorado but my whole family grew up in Zena, Ketchum, Grove, and Jay. The first time my now husband visited grand he fell in love and the first time we stepped foot on the property of Lees resort we knew immediately it was the perfect place to bring all our family and friends together. I couldn’t have dreamt of a better place. Everyone loved it and it gave big summer camp/ homey vibes. I was told “ I think you showed everyone how a wedding is suppose to be done. Simple and just enough class but not cheez or to much it had class with little touch of backwoods so pretty much perfect.” Lees resort showed everyone from all over how beautiful Grand Lake is and how amazing and welcoming the community is. I have also been told by multiple people they left a piece of their hearts in Grove. So happy everyone got to feel at home in my hometown. Looking forward to our next visit to Lees Resort next time we visit!
