Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes early for check-in and the safety briefing
- Drivers must be ages 18+ and present a valid photo ID
- Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 require a National Association of State Boating Law Administrators Boater Safety Certificate
- Riders must be ages 6+ and ride behind an adult
- Maximum 2 riders per jet ski, with a combined weight limit of 400 lbs
- Alcohol is prohibited before and during jet ski operation
- Pregnant travelers and those with back, neck, or heart conditions should not ride
- Routes may change based on wind, water conditions, and guide discretion
- Riders are responsible for damage caused by negligent operation
Cancellation Policy
Full refund when you cancel at least 48 hours before start. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No refund for no-shows or refusing service.

FAQs
The lead rider (driver) must be 18+ and present a valid photo ID at check-in. The named renter and cardholder(s) must also present valid photo IDs, and you must bring the card used to book for verification.
Yes if you were born on or after January 1, 1988: you must complete the Florida Temporary Boater Safety Course to operate a jet ski.
Passengers can be any age, but life vests are required and infants are not recommended for safety. A separate note says riders must be at least 8 years old and ride behind the driver.
