Cancellation Policy
Refunds are available if you cancel at least 72 hours before start; groups of 10+ require 7 days. No refunds for later cancellations, late arrivals, early departures, or no-shows. Deposits and credit card processing fees are nonrefundable. Tours require 4 participants; if not met, you will receive a full refund. Full refund or rescheduling if the operator cancels due to weather or safety concerns.
