- Arrive 20 minutes early for parking, vessel location, and the safety briefing; late arrivals do not extend the rental
- Complete waivers for all adults and minors before arrival
- A designated sober operator must have previous experience operating similar boats
- Guests born on or after January 1, 1988 must complete an approved boating safety course and have a Florida Boating Safety Education Identification Card
- Maximum capacity is 12 people, including a requested captain
- A licensed third-party captain is available by request for an additional $50 per hour and must be paid directly on the day of the charter
- Pay-to-park parking is available for approximately $2 per hour
- Provide the age and weight of children age 5 and younger for life vest sizing

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 24 hours before departure for a refund less a $75 administrative fee. Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure forfeit all monies received. No-shows are charged the full price. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
