Cancel up to 48 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable. No-shows or late arrivals are not eligible for a refund. Florida Resident Tickets are non-refundable. Full refund or reschedule if Coastal Cruises cancels due to unsafe weather. Full refund if canceled due to minimums not met.

Yes. You and everyone in your group must complete a digital waiver before you can board.
Arrive at least 20 minutes early for parking, check-in, and boarding. If your group has 6 or more, arrive 30 minutes early to help you sit together. The boat departs at the scheduled time and can’t wait for late arrivals.
You can bring snacks, food, and non-alcoholic drinks in a small personal cooler or bag (no large coolers and no glass containers). Outside alcohol isn’t permitted; you can buy drinks from the onboard bar.
