2025: Cancel 2 weeks prior for full refund of your deposit; within 2 weeks you forfeit your deposit. Reschedule at no charge up to 72 hours prior; no refund 72 hours prior. 2026: Cancel 3 weeks prior for full refund of your deposit; within 3 weeks you forfeit your deposit. Reschedule at no charge up to 1 week prior; no refund 1 week prior.
