- Complete a studio waiver before crafting; you can fill it out at check-in.
- Arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled start time.
Cancellation Policy
More than 48 hours before your session, cancellations receive gift card credit and rescheduling is free. Less than 48 hours before, cancellations forfeit the deposit and rescheduling costs $15 per person. Arriving 10 minutes or more late may mean no admission, deposit forfeiture and a $15 rebooking fee per person. No-shows forfeit the deposit and incur a $20 rescheduling fee per person.

Yes. Allow an additional 45 minutes after the class for your candle to set. Explore the studio gift shop or play available games while you wait. Alternatively, return later for pickup or have your candle shipped. Shipping costs extra and is not included in the listed price.
Yes. Bring small snacks and your own drinks, keeping everything on your assigned table. Pans of food, trays, crock pots and multiple drink bottles are allowed only for semi-private or private events. Clean up any outside items before leaving.
