Cancellation Policy
More than 48 hours before: cancellations receive gift card credit; rescheduling is free. Less than 48 hours before: cancellations forfeit the deposit; rescheduling costs $15 per person. Arriving 10+ minutes late may mean no admission, deposit forfeiture and a $15 per-person rebooking fee. No-shows without notice forfeit the deposit; rescheduling costs $20 per person.
