Cancellation Policy
Full refund more than 10 days before departure; 50% refund from 10 days to 48 hours before departure. Tour and bike rentals are non-refundable within 48 hours. If sustained soaking rain or high-speed winds are forecast, you can choose a full refund or another available date. Scattered, passing or intermittent showers do not qualify.

You can rent bikes independently at a bike shop and start your tour there, or have rental bikes delivered to your starting point. Delivered bikes cost $50 per bike, plus a delivery charge of $75 in the Bronx, $250 in Manhattan, or $300 in Brooklyn or Queens. Bike rentals and delivery charges are not included in the listed price.
