Itinerary

Schedule: 06:45–18:45 (12 hours). The schedule may change depending on traffic and weather conditions.

1. Start with hotel pickup from Cairns, Northern Beaches/Palm Cove or Port Douglas.
2. Enjoy morning tea at Mossman Gorge Centre, then board the shuttle into Mossman Gorge. Explore the rainforest boardwalk on a guided walk with your driver and learn about this World Heritage-listed region.
3. Board the Daintree River Cruise to discover the river’s ecosystem. Look out for wildlife, including saltwater crocodiles.
4. Enjoy a barbecue lunch in the rainforest of Noah Valley, known for primitive flowering plants including Idiospermum.
5. Walk along Cape Tribulation Beach, named by Captain James Cook in 1770. Admire the coastline and fringing coral reef from Kulki Lookout.
6. Stop at the Daintree Ice Cream Company for an included exotic fruit ice cream cup featuring four flavours. Gluten-free and dairy-free options are available.
7. Wind through the rainforest to a lookout with views over the Daintree River Estuary, Snapper Island and the Coral Sea.
