- Not permitted during pregnancy or with recent surgery within 6 months, heart or respiratory problems, or neck or back injuries
- At check-in, present the credit card used for the booking and matching valid photo ID; the cardholder name must match the booking contact name
Cancellation Policy
Full refund 4–7 days before the tour; 50% refund 48–72 hours before; no refund 24–47 hours before. No refund for missed pickup or a missed rescheduled pickup. If extreme weather such as a hurricane cancels the tour, choose a reschedule or full refund. Illness may qualify for a reschedule or full refund with a medical certificate.
