Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation more than 24 hours before the scheduled start. After the deadline, cancellations or changes incur the full reservation price. From December 20 through January 4, all bookings are final and non-refundable. Health-related exceptions require a medical certificate or supporting documentation; other exceptions are subject to review and approval.
