- A parent or guardian is required for participants ages 11–15
- For ages 16–17, a parent must sign a waiver in person or complete it online; show a screenshot on arrival
- Wear sturdy, closed-toe shoes; flip-flops and sandals aren't allowed
Cancellation Policy
No refunds for no-shows, including if denied entry for drug or alcohol impairment. Cancel within 24 hours of your appointment for a 50% refund plus fees. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unforeseen circumstances.
