All riders must sign a liability waiver; a guardian must sign for participants under 18. You must be able to climb and descend stairs unassisted and stand for periods of time. Pregnant women are not allowed to ride.

100% refund for rain or severe weather. 100% refund if canceled 12+ hours before tour. 50% refund if canceled 3–12 hours before.
