- Complete a liability waiver before participating; a guardian must sign for participants under 18
- Requires climbing and descending stairs unassisted and standing for periods of time
- Pregnant riders cannot participate
- Participants under 18 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian
- Each Segway accommodates one rider only

Full refund if the operator cancels due to rain or severe weather. Get a full refund when you cancel 12+ hours before the tour, or a 50% refund 3–12 hours before.
