Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 7 days before your trip for a refund; cancellations less than 7 days before and no-shows are nonrefundable. A 10% administrative fee applies to refunds. Full refund if the trip is cancelled due to port closure for weather or a boat issue. No refunds after departure for seasickness or rough seas.
