- At least one person age 18 or older is required on the equipment at all times.
- Complete a waiver on site before participating. The rental cannot begin until all participants' waivers are complete.
- Arrive at least 30 minutes early to complete the rental agreement and safety checkout.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund. You'll also receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Refunds take up to 30 days to process. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full price.
