Important details
- Drivers must be at least 25 and have a valid driver's license
- Sign the participation agreement, attend the pre-trip safety briefing, and follow guide and staff instructions
- Participants under 18 need a parent or guardian to sign the participation agreement
- At least two people are required per Jeep; solo travelers are paired with other riders
- Expect shuttle pickup times to vary by property location
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 7 days before your scheduled tour for a refund. Within 7 days, refunds are unavailable and changes incur a 25% fee. Tours depart rain or shine. Full refund if Denali Jeep Excursions cancels the tour.
FAQs
Dress for changing weather with layers and a wind/rain layer. Wear sturdy sneakers or boots; flip-flops and sandals are not recommended.
Bring non-alcoholic beverages and snacks if you like. You may also bring a cooler and store belongings in the back of the Jeep.
Limited forward-facing car seats and booster seats are available; reserve one in advance. Forward-facing seats are for children at least 1 year old and 35 lbs (16 kg), and booster seats are for children over 4 years old and 50 lbs (23 kg).
