Full refund for cancellations more than 30 days before the tour. For cancellations 14–30 days before, receive a 50% refund if no alternate date is available. No refund within 14 days. If the operator cancels, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.

Bring a phone charger, cables, or battery bank; cold temperatures drain electronics quickly. For a camera, bring backup batteries and a tripod.
