- Expect an additional fuel charge not included in the listed price for transportation to properties more than 25 miles from the airport
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations more than 30 days before the tour. For cancellations 14–30 days before, receive a 50% refund if no alternate date is available. No refund within 14 days. If the operator cancels, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.
FAQs
Bring boots, hand and toe warmers, extra wool socks, mittens or gloves, a hat and scarf that cover your ears, sunglasses, and any extra food or beverages you want. Bring a phone charger, cables, or battery bank; cold temperatures drain electronics quickly. For a camera, bring backup batteries and a tripod.
