Important details
- Closed-toe shoes are required
- Requires ascending and descending 2–3 steps with assistance; folding wheelchairs fit in the vans, but the vans and aircraft have no lifts or ramps
- Carry-on bags are not permitted under Federal Aviation Administration regulations. Carry small personal items such as cameras and phones, and leave backpacks and purses in a secure location at the office
