Minimum age is 8; children 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult, and a guardian must sign a waiver at pickup. Guests must provide a car seat or booster if required by Alaska State Law. Maximum weight is 300 lbs, and bathroom access is limited.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 3 days (72 hours) in advance for a full refund. Cancellations with less than 72 hours notice are not refunded. Reschedule up to 12 hours in advance based on availability; changes within 72 hours are subject to a 20% change fee. Full refund if the tour is cancelled due to weather and you cannot reschedule.
