Things to know
Minimum age is 8; minors 15 and under must be with an adult and have a guardian sign at pickup. Alaska law requires a car or booster seat for children under 4 ft 9 in or under 65 lbs; bring your own. Max weight is 300 lbs and bathroom access is limited; tours run rain or shine.
Cancellation policy
Cancel up to 72 hours before for a full refund; no refunds within 72 hours. You may reschedule up to 12 hours before, subject to availability; changes within 72 hours may incur a 20% fee. Weather cancellations are at the operator's discretion; if you cannot reschedule, you'll receive a full refund.
