• Arrive at your designated pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time
• A $130 weight surcharge, not included in the listed price, applies at 250 lbs (113 kg) and above, including shoes and clothing
• Leave carry-on bags, purses, backpacks, camera bags, tablets, drones, animals, liquids, and selfie sticks behind
• Do not smoke during the tour
• Requires approximately 100 feet of walking and navigating 18-inch aircraft steps unassisted
• Expect seating based on aircraft weight and balance; groups may be split between helicopters
• Children ages 24 months and older require their own seat; younger children may ride as lap children held by a parent or guardian
• Wear layers and bring rain gear, warm clothes, sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses
