Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 30 days ahead for a full refund minus service charges: $50 for trips under $500, or $100 or 10% of trip cost, whichever is greater, for trips over $500. Cancel within 30 days for a 50% refund. If rescheduling due to unsafe conditions, weather, or other circumstances is not possible, receive a refund minus service charges.
