Important details
- Renters must be 21+ and present a valid U.S. driver's license and credit card at pickup
- Operators must be 16+
- Bring a vehicle equipped to tow a small trailer
- Sign a liability waiver for every member of your group
- Pick up your rental from 6–7 PM the evening before or 8–10 AM on your rental day
- Return all machines by 6 PM to avoid late fees
- Expect a $50 per-machine morning-after return fee, not included in the listed price, when available
- Use the bike only on legal trails; public-road and off-trail riding are illegal and may result in fines
- Accept responsibility for damage to or loss of machines, equipment, and trailers
- Optional damage insurance costs $35 per machine per day and covers damages over $1,500; it is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Receive an 85% refund when you cancel more than 14 days before your rental date. Receive a 75% refund when you cancel 7–13 days before your rental date. No refunds are available within 7 days of your rental date.
