Important details
- Renters must be ages 21+; operators must be ages 16+
- Present a valid US driver's license and credit card at pickup
- Bring a vehicle capable of towing a small trailer
- Everyone in your group must sign a liability waiver
- Water-resistant winter clothing, boots, and gloves are required
- You're responsible for damage to or loss of machines, equipment, and trailers
- A $10 parking-area fee applies at Vail Pass
- Pick up your rental from 6–7 PM the evening before or 8–10 AM on your rental day, and return it by 6 PM. Authorized next-morning drop-offs cost $50 per machine
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 14 days before your rental for an 85% refund. Cancel 7–13 days before for a 75% refund. Within 7 days, refunds are unavailable. More than 48 hours before your rental, you can receive a 100% credit to move your date; credits last 12 months and are limited to one per booking. Within 48 hours, credits and refunds are unavailable.

Ride at Vail Pass Rest Area near Copper Mountain, off Exit 190. The riding area is about 1.5 hours from the Denver pickup location, and parking can be limited on weekends and holidays.
Yes. Optional damage insurance costs $35 per machine, per day and covers damages over $1,500. You remain responsible for damage or lost machines, equipment, and trailers.
