- Drivers must be ages 16+ with valid ID
- UTV passengers must be ages 4+
- Minors require an accompanying parent or legal guardian
- Fluent spoken English and understanding of English are required
- If you're pregnant or have heart or chronic back problems, consult your doctor before riding
- Bring your valid ID and the credit or debit card used for the booking to check-in. The cardholder must be present
- Insurance is not included. You are responsible for all rental damages and your actions
- Gratuities are not included in the listed price
- Complete a participation waiver before arrival
- Wear closed-toe shoes. Skirts and dresses are not allowed
- Bring a car seat for your child if needed
- Participation may be refused if you're suspected of being impaired by drugs or alcohol
- Arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled tour. On busy days, allow up to 4 hours total, including check-in
Cancellation Policy
For most reservations, a refund may be available with at least 72 hours' notice. Reservations are nonrefundable within 72 hours of the tour. Bookings of $1,000 or more incur a 6% cancellation fee. Large groups or special circumstances may have different cancellation terms. Tours run rain or shine.
