Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 14 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are nonrefundable. If the captain cancels due to inclement weather, receive a full refund. Weather decisions are made 1 hour before departure; cancellations due to forecasted conditions are not refunded.

You must pay a separate captain/crew fee of $125 per hour directly to the captain/crew on the day of your charter. Gratuity is not included; a 15–20% tip is suggested based on the service you receive.
Yes. Bring your own food and alcoholic beverages (bring your own drinks). The charter provides bottled water, sodas, and ice-filled coolers. Do not bring items with red dye (such as red wine or red fruit drinks) because they can stain the deck and upholstery.
Smoking and drug use are not permitted on board. Vaping is allowed.
