- Infants ages 3 and under must wear their own flotation device; none are provided
- Smoking and drug use are not permitted onboard; vaping is allowed

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 14 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days are nonrefundable. Full refund if the captain cancels due to inclement weather. Weather decisions are made 1 hour before departure, not based on forecasts.
